Mark "Bouncer" Schiro has helped skyrocket his company's revenue to $7 billion in total sales, transforming a startup to one of the largest direct selling companies in the world. Six years on the board of his company before accepting the roles of President and CEO in December of 2012, Bouncer, as he is affectionately known, oversees all operational aspects of the firm.

His leadership and guidance at the helm of such a large company, Bouncer has been featured in numerous articles and publications in Direct Selling, such as Direct Selling News and featured among the DSN Global Top 20 Companies (2014) and the DSN North America Top 10 (2015), and within the business world and in general, in magazines such as Entrepreneur and D Magazine.

Schiro is also co-general partner of TTM Investments, L.P., the second largest outside investor in his company. From the 1980s on, Schiro focused his career on identifying and acquiring either underperforming or green field businesses; streamlining those organizations, developing leaders of accountability and creating an environment of teamwork with targeted revenue focus.

In the past, Bouncer has also served as president of his personal investment firm, STI Investments Ltd., and STI Masonry LLC, an architectural paving products manufacturer. Preceding these positions, he had extensive experience in the cast stone and architectural paving products sector with enterprises such as Western Brick, Matt Stone Co., Siteworks Inc. and Oldcastle. During this time, he created considerable wealth with his partners by acquiring under-optimized paving and stone products companies, where he was able to secure substantial profitability. Bouncer also served as chairman of the board of directors of Siteworks, Inc. from 1997 to 1999.

Bouncer earned his bachelor of science degree in business management from Oklahoma State University, where he was also a member of the men's intercollegiate football program. In his personal time, his passion is to play a charity auctioneer for Memorial Assistance Ministries in Houston.
